Earlier today, Chairman Cornyn sent the following note to our supporter list. It is with your help that we can regain a Republican majority.

Dear Republican Friend,

I just wanted to remind you of our fundraising deadline tomorrow night at midnight. With just $10,000 remaining until we reach our goal, I hope you will help by supporting Senate Republicans so that we can stop the Democrats' tax-and-spend policies.

In just the last six months, we have seen the fastest expansion of the federal deficit in our nation's history, and the Democrat leadership in Washington shows no signs of slowing down.

The NRSC is working every day to elect more Senate Republicans to stop this unprecedented government spending. With just one day left until the end of the second quarter, we're just $10,000 away from our goal of $150,000. This website is emblematic of the attitude of the NRSC - there are multiple links to donate but not one "contact us" link. As usual, you want my money, but you don't want to hear from me. Until you understand that we are conservatives out here, not one dime. Stop supporting Charlie Crist, the failed governor in Florida and give the primary a chance!

I'm not interested in (re)electing moderate Republicans. And after that deal you made last time around with Arlen, cutting out his conservative challenger, I now donate directly to candidates.

Conservatives are 40% of the population and yet you keep dashing after the moderates. Well, I'm done with "winning one for the Gipper" or "waving the bloody shirt, and I'm done having my money spent on (re)electing Rinos. Sorry, but no thanks.

PS: Have you really only raised $140,000 in four months???
