And as Democrat Senate hopefuls Charlie Melancon, Kendrick Meek, Jack Conway, and Paul Hodes continue to cling to Charlie Rangel’s dirty campaign money, they can expect their lapse in ethics to follow them throughout this campaign.  Roll Call reports:

… a special ethics subcommittee charged Rangel with 13 counts of violating House rules and federal laws.

While the Associated Press notes:

…the [NRSC]… asked why democratic Senate candidates in those states haven’t yet returned money Rangel raised for them.
