In Pennsylvania, Pat Toomey continues to drive home his plans to rein the out-of-control spending and reckless debt being racked up by liberal Joe Sestak and his fellow Washington Democrats.  The Patriot-News reports:

Republican senatorial nominee Pat Toomey on Monday cited three top priorities in the upcoming election: reducing taxes to create jobs, cutting government spending and helping the state pave the way for natural gas drilling… Toomey said current policies that engender a “staggering deficit and rapidly accumulating debt” will impede the country’s economic growth.
