It’s Been 1,000 Days Since Stabenow & Her Democrat Colleagues Have Passed A Budget
It’s been 1,000 days since liberal United States Senator Debbie Stabenow and her Democrat colleagues who control the Senate have passed a budget and today the National Republican Senatorial Committee has unveiled a new web video reminding Michiganders that Stabenow has failed to perform the most basic function of a U.S. Senator.

Notably, it only took 410 days to build the Empire State Building, yet Stabenow still needs more time to pass a budget that will rein in her reckless spending habits that are bankrupting our country.
“It’s simply remarkable that it took less time to build the Empire State Building than it has for Debbie Stabenow to pass a budget that will rein in her reckless spending habits,” said National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) spokesman Jahan Wilcox. “With our national debt at $15.2 trillion, Michiganders need a Senator who will actually do their job and pass a budget to help restore our country’s fiscal house.”
