Just 24 hours after telling an audience in Pennsylvania yesterday that he wished those who oppose President Obama’s latest stimulus proposal knew “what it was like” to be raped and robbed, while acknowledging that this was all a campaign-driven effort by the Administration, Vice-President Joe Biden will lead a rally with Senate Democrats on Capitol Hill today in support of their latest spending proposal.
