Gas Has Risen By Over $2.00 A Gallon Since Obama Took Office President Barack Obama is campaigning in Boulder City, Nevada, today and – while his liberal pals Senate Democrat Leader Harry Reid and Congresswoman Shelley Berkley stay back in Washington – Nevadans are paying dearly for their failed energy agenda. Premiums Have Increased Berkley, Reid & Pelosi Claimed ObamaCare Would Lower Premiums When liberal U.S. Congresswoman Shelley Berkley voted for President Barack Obama’s job-killing healthcare law – which was written by Senate Democrat Leader Harry Reid – she specifically promised the legislation would lower premiums, but nearly two years later families are now paying more money for their health insurance.  FactCheck.org has found that ObamaCare has made healthcare slightly less affordable and it’s causing premiums to go up – not down, as Berkley and her fellow Democrats have claimed it would.  Additionally, the Kaiser Family Foundation found that in 2011 the average healthcare premium climbed from $13,770 to $15,073, which amounts to a 9 percent increase. Earlier today, President introduced his annual budget which includes $1.5 trillion in new taxes, much of which has previously been endorsed by Congresswoman Shelley Berkley, while ensuring a fourth straight year of trillion-dollar-plus deficits. Seven-Term Congresswoman Has Made Over $80,000 From Flipping Foreclosed Homes For over 50 months, Nevada has been the foreclosure capital of the country and now it’s been reported that for some of those Nevadans who were unable to stay in their homes, Congresswoman Shelley Berkley’s husband has been busy gobbling up those houses and flipping them for a profit. Berkley’s husband has already made over $80,000 from flipping two foreclosed homes and while the Congresswoman claims she is divorced from the transactions, her pocket book certainly isn’t separated from these sales.
