Republicans Offer Solutions While Baldwin & Obama Stonewall Liberal Madison Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin is embarking on a phony tour of Wisconsin pointing fingers at Republicans for rising student loan interest rates when it is she and her fellow Democrats who are stonewalling progress on the issue. According to The Hill Baldwin is beginning a tour of the state today to accuse Republicans of inaction on student loan interest rates.  Conveniently, Baldwin fails to mention that Republicans have offered no less than three separate options to prevent a doubling of student loan rates on July 1st, including two which were taken directly from President Obama’s own budget proposals.
