On Monday, Washington Post pointed out that three Democratic senators will be campaigning in states where the Democratic Party "is basically on life support." Senators Heidi Heitkamp, Joe Donnelly, and Claire McCaskill all face uphill battles in North Dakota, Indiana, and Missouri respectively.
In addition to having very few Democrats in their states, Trump won each of these states by double digits.

These two tables should be very alarming for these three senators – especially since their states are watching closely how they handle Judge Gorsuch’s recent nomination. These three Democrats will be choosing to side with the obstructionists of their party or the voters of their states.
