Three Trump-state Democrats, Sens. Joe Donnelly, Debbie Stabenow, and Joe Manchin, were ranked in the top ten least effective Democrats in the Senate.
Mexico Joe Donnelly topped the list as the least effective Senate Democrat in the 114th Congress. Sen. Donnelly sponsored zero “significant” bills, but did sponsor 15 insignificant bills. However, zero passed Congress or were signed by the President. Besides shipping Indiana jobs to Mexico through his family business, Mexico Joe hasn’t accomplished a single thing in the 10 years he has been in Washington.
Sen. Stabenow was ranked sixth least effective, sponsoring 28 insignificant bills. But Sen. Stabenow landed on this list because zero of her bills were passed or signed for Michiganders. You would think after 42 years as a career politician she would know how to get something done…
Sen. Manchin received the eighth spot as least effective. Of his 18 insignificant bills, zero were passed or signed, delivering nothing to West Virginians.
These senators are going back to their states where President Trump won with nothing to show for it, which is all the more reason to send a Republican who will actually work with President Trump to replace them.
