Washington, D.C. – Florida Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy reaffirmed her opposition to abolishing the filibuster today. Meanwhile, Val Demings is following the lead of AOC, the Squad and Radical Liberal groups that want to abolish the filibuster so they can ram through a Socialist agenda.
Murphy recently said she would not be running for Senate because of a need for party unity in order for Democrats to win, and just today she was on CNN expressing her concerns with eliminating the filibuster and driving the party even further to the left.
“Within the rules that exist [we should] use all of the tools that we have at hand in order to get something done. I really have some concerns about changing our system.”
Demings’ support for eliminating the filibuster is about promoting a radical liberal agenda — not about what’s in the best interest of Floridians.

Floridians have a Senator in Marco Rubio who actually works for their best interest, not Democrat Val Demings who is just looking for her next promotion.”
