Senator Rick Scott
Senator Rick Scott was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2018 and is serving his first term representing the state of Florida. Prior to his election to the U.S. Senate, Rick Scott served two terms as the 45th Governor of Florida, where he turned around Florida’s economy and fought for policies to ensure Florida is the best place for families and businesses to succeed.
Jackie Schutz Zeckman
Jackie Schutz Zeckman is the executive director of the NRSC. She previously served as chief of staff to Senator Rick Scott. Prior to that she served as Campaign Manager for his successful US Senate Campaign which CNN named the “best campaign of 2018.” Jackie served in Governor Rick Scott’s office for nearly his entire term as Florida Governor, serving in roles as Press Secretary, Communications Director and ultimately as Chief of Staff.

Matt Moon was most recently Vice President for Advocacy at Business Roundtable, where he helped lead private sector efforts in support of 2017 enactment of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and 2020 enactment of implementing legislation for the USMCA. In previous work at public affairs and competitive intelligence firms in Washington, he led issue coalitions, marketing communications and crisis management for clients in the energy, financial services, health care, retail and telecommunications sectors. In the 2014 cycle, Matt was Communications Director for then-Fla. Governor Rick Scott’s successful re-election campaign. Prior to that, he served as Senior Advisor to U.S. Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Deputy Research Director at the Republican National Committee.
Jenny has been a partner at Drucker Lawhon, a political fundraising and consulting firm. Prior to that, she was the Finance Director at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) during both the 2012 and 2014 election cycles. She has more than a decade of national fundraising experience and raised over $380 Million during her tenure at the NRCC.
Stu is a veteran Republican operative who most recently was the general consultant for John James for US Senate. He was also the lead strategist for the Michigan House Republican Campaign Committee as they retained a majority and consulted for Peter Meijer for Congress who won back a critical US House seat. In 2016, Sandler was a strategist for then-Michigan GOP Chair Ronna McDaniel and helped her orchestrate the first win for a Republican presidential candidate in Michigan in 28 years.
Ryan Dollar is the General Counsel of the NRSC, advising Senators, candidates, and the committee on federal and state election laws, intellectual property, Senate Ethics Rules, political law litigation, and corporate compliance since he began with the NRSC in 2017. A native Texan, Ryan previously served in the Executive Administration of the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Counsel’s Office of Jeb Bush’s presidential campaign.
Daria Grastara is the Digital Director at the NRSC. Previously, she served as Digital Advertising Director for President Donald J. Trump’s reelection campaign. During the 2018 cycle, Daria was on the digital fundraising team at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) and later named Digital Director for the NRCC’s Independent Expenditure Unit. Prior to that, Daria was on Jeb Bush’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Ryan Powers is the Research Director at the NRSC. Ryan joins the NRSC after nearly eight years with GOP opposition research firm, America Rising Corp., where he served most recently as Senior Vice President and Research Director for Senate Research. Prior to America Rising, Ryan worked as a Deputy Regional Political Director on Mitt Romney’s 2012 Presidential campaign. A Florida native (and proud graduate of Florida State University), Ryan got his start in Washington working as a legislative aide for U.S. Senators Mel Martinez, George LeMieux, and Marco Rubio.

Thomas O. Hicks
Thomas O. Hicks is Chairman, Founder and Partner of Hicks Holdings LLC. Previously, Mr. Hicks was Co-Founder of Hicks & Haas, Owner and Chairman of the Dallas Stars and Owner and Chairman of the Board of the Texas Rangers. In 2018, Mr. Hicks was appointed by President Donald J. Trump to serve on the American Battle Monuments Commission. He serves on the boards of directors of The Beneficient Company Group, L.P., Drilling Tools International, H-D Advanced Manufacturing Company, and Standard Pump Parts. He is a member of the University of Texas Chancellor’s Council Executive Committee, the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Advisory Council and of the University of Southern California Marshall School Board of Leaders.

Amb. Ronald Gidwitz
Ambassador Ronald J. Gidwitz is an American Businessman and political activist who served as United States Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium from 2018 – 2021 and as Acting Representative of the United States to the European Union from 2020 – 2021. Ambassador Gidwitz has had a long and successful career in the private sector, government, philanthropy and civil society. He served as the President and CEO of Helene Curtis and also served on a number of private sector boards of directors. He was a founding member of the National Committee for Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve. He was also Chairman of the Economic Development Commission of the City of Chicago, City Colleges of Chicago, Illinois State Board of Education, Chairman of the Field Museum of Natural History and Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he held a 44-year tenure with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Darlene L. Jordan
Darlene Luccio Jordan is the Executive Director of the Gerald R. Jordan Foundation, a nonprofit organization named for her husband that supports education, health and medical research, youth services, and the arts. Darlene completed a 14-year term on the Fordham Board of Directors in 2019. In 2014, she was the State Finance Chair for Governor Rick Scott’s Gubernatorial re-election campaign. In 2018, she was Rick Scott’s Florida Finance Chair for his Senate campaign.
Darlene is a Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston and a member of the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors and the Harvard Stem Cell Institute. Darlene is a trustee of the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach and a member of the Board of Directors for Oxbridge Academy, Rosarian Academy, and the Town of Palm Beach United Way. Darlene received her Bachelor of Arts in 1989 from Fordham University and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law in 1992. She has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1992 and the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts since 1993.
