If Bill Nelson thought he’d have an easy Monday while Governor Scott is in Jerusalem, he thought wrong.
The Governor is up on the air today with a new Spanish TV ad that highlights testimonials from Floridians with one woman remarking, “Rick Scott has been there. He has been present.”
This stands in stark contrast to Bill Nelson, who’s been anything but present. Even his party bosses are fretting about Nelson’s lagging campaign. The Washington Post reported Chuck Schumer is so worried about Florida he “pleaded with Nelson to step up his efforts,” a few months ago.
It sure doesn’t look like Chuck’s beg-and-pleas have helped much as Governor Scott continues to run circles around Nelson’s lazy campaign.
