Joe Manchin has changed his position once again on whether President Trump is welcome in his state.

On Friday, Manchin took his third position in two weeks on the President visiting the Mountain State, saying he’d welcome Trump “any time after November.” This came just a day after Manchin told The Hill that “The President is always welcome in my state,” and eight days after a radio interview in which Manchin said he told the President “You don’t need to come back to West Virginia.”

But regardless of Manchin’s feelings on the matter, President Trump has made clear he will be back to the state to remind voters that Manchin has voted against his agenda at every turn and doesn’t have West Virginians’ backs in Washington.
