Washington, D.C. – In yet another undeserved media profile of a radical liberal politician, Cheri Beasley’s top surrogate, Congresswoman Cori Bush (D-MO) was lauded for her beliefs that fall far outside the mainstream of American thought. To be clear, Rep. Bush is a socialist who is vehemently anti-police.
In the recent Harper’s Bazaar profile, Rep. Bush was asked about her vocal support for defunding the police and how it may hurt Democrats in swing districts. Her response:
“Let’s come up with another way to make sure that we get them elected. Don’t ask me to tone it down, because toning it down has been what has allowed us to be where we are right now.”
Cheri Beasley has centered her campaign around courting radicals but refusing to take a position on any issue herself. For the umpteenth time, does Cheri Beasley support defunding the police like her top surrogate or not?
