Huge news for Michigan! Fiat Chrysler has announced it is investing $1 billion into the Warren Truck Assembly Plant, bringing jobs back to Metro Detroit all thanks to the passage of the Republican tax relief plan.

Not only will this move create thousands of jobs in Warren, but Fiat Chrysler is going even further by giving $2,000 in bonuses to approximately 60,000 employees, excluding senior leadership.

With all the good job news stemming from the Republican tax plan, does Debbie Stabenow now regret voting against a plan that is having an immediate positive impact on Michiganders?

“Debbie Stabenow oversaw the destruction of the auto industry alongside Jennifer Granholm, so it’s no surprise she would vote against a commonsense job creation plan,” said Katie Martin, NRSC Communications Director. “Folks in Michigan deserve better than a senator like Stabenow, who is only concerned with keeping her job while she votes for them to lose theirs.”
