With the deadline looming, Mexico Joe Donnelly appears to be afraid to take a position on shutting down the government, telling reporters to call his office as he runs away.

Mexico Joe has told reporters from MSNBC, ABC and TPM to give his office a call when asked whether he would join Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats in voting to shut down the government and take health insurance away from 114,927 Indiana children.
