A new AP report confirms that Mexico Joe Donnelly is even more of a hypocrite on outsourcing than Hoosiers thought.
Not only has Mexico Joe profited from outsourcing manufacturing jobs to Mexico, he was also profiting from importing goods from China, despite publicly criticizing both practices. Records show that the same family business at the center of Mexico Joe’s outsourcing controversy imported more than 120,000 pounds of Chinese materials between 2011 and 2017, all while Mexico Joe was raking in dividends to the tune of up to $50,000 in 2016 alone.

“Mexico Joe Donnelly talks a big game on outsourcing when he’s trying to win an election, but when it comes to his family business, he’s only looking out for his own wallet,” said NRSC Spokesman Bob Salera. “Whether it’s outsourcing manufacturing jobs to Mexico or importing materials from China, it’s clear Mexico Joe is a shameless hypocrite.”
