Washington, D.C. – Crime is rising across America and the crisis at the Southern Border is worsening. In some American cities, state and/or local law enforcement have openly refused to cooperate with federal authorities in their efforts to remove illegal immigrants with criminal records from our streets and out of our communities.
This brazen disregard for the law in these “sanctuary cities” has made bad situations worse, putting our law enforcement at risk and endangering American citizens. Sadly, Washington Democrats have chosen not to care.
Previously, President Biden has urged the Supreme Court to dismiss any cases pertaining to sanctuary cities. More concerning, in March, Senate Democrats voted UNANIMOUSLY to support sanctuary cities that refuse to enforce federal immigration laws.
