Washington, D.C. – John Fetterman’s long history of being weak on crime is coming back to bite him. Last week, Fetterman tried to walk back his support for releasing all prisoners serving life sentences for second degree murder. Now, Fetterman is scrambling to walk back his support for decriminalizing drugs “across the board.”

Problem is, John Fetterman has consistently said he wants to decriminalize all drugs. You can see his record of statements here and here and here.

No matter how hard he tries, John Fetterman can’t hide from his long record of crazy ideas like releasing one third of Pennsylvania’s prisoners. Fetterman’s contempt for the rule of law is so bad that he’s even attacking Dr. Oz for being endorsed by law enforcement.

Statement from NRSC Spokesman Jonathan Turcotte: “The choice for Pennsylvania voters could not be clearer. John Fetterman is a weak-on-crime candidate who’s trying to fool Pennsylvanians into thinking he’ll be tough on crime. The reality is that John Fetterman is the most pro-criminal candidate in the country – and his record proves it. He’s not fooling anyone.”
