It’s been just six weeks since Governor Rick Scott announced he would run for Senate and he’s up on the air with another ad buy—bringing the total to five now, for those of you keeping track—while Bill Nelson hasn’t been on TV yet and is barely campaigning.
The new ad features Floridians slamming Bill Nelson’s history of sucking up to Democrat party bosses, like Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi.
With a history of voting with Chuck Schumer over 90% of the time, voting against middle-class tax cuts, and supporting the dangerous Iran Deal, it’s no wonder Floridians are fed up with Bill Nelson.
“Career politician Bill Nelson has been in Washington for so long, he’s forgotten how to represent Floridians,” said NRSC Spokesperson Camille Gallo. “Florida voters deserve a Senator that will support them, not a career politician who is more concerned about pleasing his liberal party bosses, like Bill Nelson.”
