Washington, D.C. – Today, NRSC Chairman Rick Scott released a new video message regarding the turmoil in Cuba. His message to the people of Cuba is simple: We hear you and we stand with you. And we will not rest until a new day of freedom is restored in Cuba.

Chairman Scott is calling on the Biden administration to:

  1. Shut down the Cuban Embassy.
  2. Demand internet access in Cuba.
  3. Make clear to the Cuban dictatorship that any mass exodus will be viewed as an act of war.
  4. The United States must lead and keep all options on the table.
