Since Joe Biden’s catastrophic debate, Jon Tester and Sherrod Brown have refused to say if they believe he’s mentally competent. But as CNN reports, they’re melting down behind closed doors, saying Biden can’t win.
But if Tester and Brown think Joe Biden can’t win, does that mean they want to replace Biden with Kamala Harris? It’s a fair question.
