Washington, D.C. – The crisis at our southern border is nearing a benchmark that many thought was impossible just a few years ago: Border Patrol agents have thus far arrested 1.82 million people during the fiscal year which doesn’t end for another month, and a half.  Already, this figure beats fiscal year 2021’s record of 1.66 million.

Mark Kelly doesn’t care.

The shocking numbers have not only put an incredible strain on our Border Patrol but also puts our national security at risk given that not all who cross the border illegally are apprehended.

Look at these numbers:

President Biden and Senate Democrats – especially Arizona Senator Mark Kelly – have made it clear that they do not care about the crisis at the border.  But it doesn’t take a genius to understand that what is going on is unsustainable and will eventually lead to a catastrophe.

Statement from NRSC Spokesman T.W. Arrighi: “The situation at the U.S. border with Mexico is unsustainable and represents a national security threat on a level that has not received nearly enough attention, especially from the federal government.  Those hoping that border state Senators like Mark Kelly would be of help have been sorely mistaken.  Since the Biden Administration and Senate Democrats took over, the situation has worsened beyond belief.  These most recent numbers underscore the urgency needed to remove Democrats from power to restore order at the border.”
