Washington, D.C. – This week, Pennsylvania U.S. Senate candidate Malcolm Kenyatta laid out his eight-point liberal agenda for our country in an op-ed. This included a highly unpopular Democrat power grab: packing the Supreme Court with liberal, activist judges. As Kenyatta stated, “to save the courts, we must expand the courts.”
Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats know that the only way to fundamentally change America and push through their radical agenda is to alter the 152-year tradition of nine Supreme Court justices and Kenyatta is still fully on board despite strong opposition from the American people. According to a poll conducted by Mason-Dixon Polling & Strategy, 68% of Americans oppose packing the court.
