A new report by the Washington Free Beacon highlights Bill Nelson’s latest desperate attempt to save his taxpayer-funded job. It turns out Nelson was building donor lists under the guise of hurricane relief.

In an email and on social media, Bill Nelson urged people to donate to disaster relief efforts. Sure seems nice, but look closer…the link goes to ActBlue, the Democrats’ fundraising organization, that saves donor emails for future fundraising efforts.

On top of that, Bill Nelson continued to send out multiple fundraising emails before the monster storm hit and while it was pummeling the panhandle.

“Only a shameless career politician like Bill Nelson would use a natural disaster to save his job while his own constituents were in harm’s way,” said Camille Gallo, NRSC Spokesperson.
