Washington, D.C. – The Las Vegas Review-Journal Editorial Board today coined the Democrats’ $3.5 trillion reckless tax and spending spree with a name that truly fits: “fiscal insanity.”
And who fully endorses this “fiscal insanity”? Nevada’s own Catherine Cortez Masto. She is all-in on the plan for $3.5 trillion in reckless spending and hiking taxes on middle-class Nevada families.
The Review-Journal Editorial Board wrote:
“Sens. Manchin and Sinema are the only two members of their party in the upper chamber to even question the Bernie Sanders agenda that the White House now eagerly promotes through its unprecedented spending plans. That’s a stark reminder of just how far left Democrats have staggered in recent years. Nevadans might note that their own two senators — professed moderates Catherine Cortez Masto or Jacky Rosen — have expressed nary a peep of concern about following the Vermont socialist down his primrose path.”
Catherine Cortez Masto is more than happy to hide behind Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin. But Nevadans know the truth: Catherine Cortez Masto votes 95% of the time with Bernie Sanders and proudly supports his socialist spending spree.
