Washington, D.C. – We weren’t sure which Tim Ryan we would get tonight. He follows wherever the political winds are blowing, and as a 20-year career politician, Tim Ryan’s been all over the map on almost every issue. So, it’s kind of like he’s debating himself.

This summer, Tim Ryan attacked J.D. Vance’s record on supporting law enforcement and saying that he opposes defunding the police. Did Ryan not look at his own record before making such a false claim?!
On March 3, 2021, Congressman Tim Ryan voted AGAINST a motion to condemn calls to “defund”, “disband”, or “abolish” the police. He also voted to allow for the federal government to micromanage local police and potentially defund them. (Page 26 of this PDF)
Two-faced Tim will do whatever his Washington Democrat bosses tell him to do and will say whatever he thinks Ohioans want to hear.
