Washington, D.C. – Raphael Warnock is a great actor in TV ads. But the real Raphael Warnock is being sued by his ex-wife for not abiding by his child custody agreement. Warnock’s ex-wife recently asked the court to bring Warnock in to face questions from her lawyers.

This contentious court battle has been ongoing for months. In previous court filings, Warnock’s ex claimed that Warnock didn’t see his children on days when he had custody and failed to reimburse her for childcare expenses. Warnock was even caught using campaign cash to pay for childcare (during the few occasions he actually saw his kids).  Raphael Warnock’s income has doubled since he was elected to the Senate, but he still refuses to pay childcare expenses for his own children.

Warnock’s ex-wife has also accused him of playing dirty in their court battle. After Warnock subpoenaed her college records, Warnock’s ex said it was “purely for the purpose of harassing her.”

Raphael Warnock needs to answer questions about his refusal to pay childcare expenses. His income doubled since he was elected but he’s still fighting to get out of paying for his children’s care. If he refuses to take care of his own children, imagine what he would do to Georgia.
