Following the Supreme Court’s decision rejecting affirmative action, Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer immediately attacked the Supreme Court and called for race-based college admissions to be reinstated. Some Senate Democrats are even calling to pack the Court.
Affirmative action has led to blatant discrimination against Asian-American students and is deeply unpopular with an overwhelming majority of Americans.
