ANOTHER FAILED OBAMACARE PROMISE FROM BOB CASEY Two years after liberal Democrat Bob Casey voted for ObamaCare, which he promised would reduce healthcare costs for millions of people, a new report today from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) reveals that the price of healthcare continues to increase.
