Michael Bennet released a new ad today. While the ad has some beautiful scenery and sounds nice, there’s a big problem with it.
Bennet calls for legislation that would “permanently eliminate automatic pay raises for members of congress.”text in italic
Sounds good, right?
Michael Bennet already had the opportunity to make this a reality, but he voted against it in 2009.
Don’t let Michael Bennet’s tested talking points fool you. When he says, “Washington plays by a different set of rules than everyone else,” he is the chief offender of the very hypocrisy he pretends to rally against.
