WASHINGTON, D.C. — A new poll out from Echelon Insights shows a single-digit race between Texas Senator John Cornyn and scandal-plagued Ken Paxton. The poll shows John Cornyn at 37% and Ken Paxton at 42%, a dead heat “well within the poll’s 4.5 point margin of error for each candidate.”
“Yet another public poll confirms what we have said since the start of this race: as Texans learn more about Ken Paxton’s incompetence and abuse of power, they will rally behind John Cornyn,” said NRSC Communications Director Joanna Rodriguez.
