The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) released a new digital ad today exposing Roy Cooper’s soft-on-crime policies. Three months after Roy Cooper signed his soft-on-crime executive order in 2020, the killer of Iryna Zarutska was released back onto the streets.

“Roy Cooper’s soft-on-crime policies led to the horrible murder of a young, innocent woman,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia. “Time and again, Cooper puts dangerous criminals over North Carolinians and their safety. North Carolinians won’t forget the deadly consequences of Cooper’s far-left, soft-on-crime policies.”
