Fake Independent Dan Osborn will officially launch his second run for U.S. Senate in Nebraska today. Democrat Dan was rejected by Nebraskans in 2024 when he first ran for Senate under the guise of an Independent, despite massive financial support from left-wing Democrats and Chuck Schumer.
“Democrat Dan Osborn is a fake Independent who would vote with other fake Independents like socialist Bernie Sanders in the U.S. Senate,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia. “Osborn cares more about giving Democrats control of Nebraska’s U.S. Senate seat so they can push their far-left radical agenda than standing with President Trump to deliver for Nebraska families.”
Dan Osborn is a fake Independent and a radical leftist who:
- Is endorsed by the Nebraska Democrat Party.
- Tapped two veteran Democrat operatives for his campaign.
- Received support from national Democrats in 2024, including nearly $4 million in outside spending, a maxed out donation from the DSCC directly to his campaign, $5,000 from Chuck Schumer’s leadership PAC to his campaign, access to fundraising on ActBlue, and additional donations from Elizabeth Warren and members of the Soros family.
- Is benefitting from a rule change by ActBlue, the Democrat fundraising platform.
- Wants to force Nebraskans to fund illegal immigrants’ Social Security and grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants.
- Supports allowing kids to undergo dangerous genital mutilation surgeries.
- Has numerous scandals, including his alleged use of the infamous affair website Ashley Madison and his liking of explicit gay porn on social media accounts.
- Used campaign donations to pay himself $7,100 each month from his last failed campaign, pay wife nearly $20k, and pay his daughter.
- Committed a potential FEC violation for breaking campaign finance laws.
