Angie Craig is showing her true colors yet again by voting against two anti-crime bills in the House of Representatives.

The common-sense measures crack down on violent offenders including those charged with murder, first-degree sexual abuse, burglary in the first degree, robbery while armed, or assault with intent to commit any such offense. They also restrict the ability of local judges to be more lenient with criminal offenders.

Angie Craig will do anything to prove her radical credentials to the far-left in the Minnesota Democrats’ messy Senate primary — even if that means putting innocent lives in danger.

“Angie Craig is a victim of DC crime herself, yet she’s so desperate to prove her radical left credentials in the Minnesota Democrats’ messy primary that she’s opposing efforts to ensure families feel safe in their communities,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia. “Craig is soft-on-crime, but Minnesotans deserve a Senator who will fight to protect their safety and make sure violent criminals stay behind bars.”
