The White House’s involvement only highlighted the incredibly damaging Democrat primary battle taking place in Florida, as both Alan Grayson and his grassroots supporters swiped back at the President’s involvement in the race.
The sniping continues for a third straight day as Murphy is now attacking Grayson for attacking Obama for endorsing Murphy. Got that?

The fallout continues over President Barack Obama‘s endorsement of U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy in the Democrats’ race for Florida’s U.S. Senate seat.
On Wednesday Murphy announced he had received the endorsements of Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.

Grayson’s U.S. Senate campaign swung back with a Grayson-like response about the endorsements.
On Thursday, Murphy took issue with those comments, which had sought to say it was the Democratic establishment’s way to support the establishment candidate, and amounted to “arrogant Empire-Strikes-Back efforts by the Democratic politburo.”
Murphy’s campaign expressed outrage that Grayson’s campaign called Obama “arrogant,” and compared his leadership style to Soviet Union Russia.
