Despite Haley Stevens’ best efforts, gas prices hit multi-year lows just ahead of holiday travel. Gas prices across the nation are the lowest they have been since March 2021 and in Michigan, prices are as low as $2.19 per gallon.
Haley Stevens supports Joe Biden’s disastrous energy policies that caused the highest energy prices in our nation’s history:
- In 2021, Stevens voted for Biden’s “Build Back Better” bill which would have imposed $100 billion in taxes against American energy producers.
- Stevens voted for Biden’s American Rescue Plan that caused the cost of living to skyrocket.
“This holiday season, Michiganders can thank President Trump for the low prices they pay at the pump. After four years of Haley Stevens’ and Joe Biden’s disastrous war on energy producers here at home, America is once again open for business and energy prices are lower for all,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell.
