Democrat Mark Warner is speaking at the University of Virginia this weekend, but if you want to see him you must show a government-issued ID.
This comes after Mark Warner and Senate Democrats blocked the commonsense SAVE America Act, that would require Americans to show a photo ID to vote, despite the overwhelming majority of Americans supporting voter ID requirements.
“It’s peak hypocrisy for Mark Warner to block commonsense legislation that would require a photo ID to vote, yet require it to get into his own events,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell. “Warner is just another Democrat who says one thing, but does another.”
