Two of the candidates trapped in Michigan’s messy Democrat primary – Haley Stevens and Mallory McMorrow – have been silent following the third assassination attempt on President Trump.

There’s no doubt this kind of violence is inspired by radical rhetoric used by candidates like McMorrow and Abdul El-Sayed, who hypocritically claimed he was grateful no one was hurt despite previously calling for Democrats to “take [Republicans] to the mud and choke them out.

Mallory McMorrow previously threatened to assault Republican Supreme Court Justices, saying “my friend told me she saw Amy Coney-Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh at a tailgate. I would not have been able to control myself. There would be beers thrown in peoples’ faces.”

Haley Stevens voted against funding the brave Secret Service members tasked with securing the venue and protecting President Trump. Thanks to her vote, the Secret Service has gone without funding for over 70 days.

“It should be easy for any Senate candidate to condemn political violence in all forms, but Haley Stevens, Mallory McMorrow, and Abdul El-Sayed are too scared to upset radical primary voters,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell.
