WASHINGTON, D.C. — During National Police Week, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) launched a new digital ad highlighting President Trump and Senate Republicans’ work to combat Chris Pappas and Democrats’ pro-crime agenda.

“Chris Pappas supported Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer as they prioritized dangerous illegal immigrants, called to abolish law enforcement agencies, and worked to strip police officers of key protections. His soft-on-crime policies are too dangerous for Granite Staters,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell.

In the wake of violent riots in 2020, Chris Pappas was one of the only Democrats in New Hampshire to support the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, which would have made it harder for our police officers to do their jobs by stripping them of their qualified immunity.

Voice Over: “Thanks to Republicans, violent crime is at all-time lows, and American communities are safer.

“But Chris Pappas wants to turn back the clock and bring back Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer’s pro-crime agenda that vilifies law enforcement, denies them crucial resources, and prioritizes dangerous illegal immigrants.

“America can’t afford another Democrat crime wave. Reject Chris Pappas, and stop the anti-police agenda.”
