WASHINGTON, D.C. — During National Police Week, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) launched a new digital ad highlighting President Trump and Senate Republicans’ work to combat Abdul El-Sayed, Mallory McMorrow, and Haley Stevens’ pro-crime agenda.

  • Abdul El-Sayed has called to defund the police and organized deadly anti-police riots in 2020.
  • Mallory McMorrow said that ICE is “terrorizing” communities and attended BLM riots.
  • Haley Stevens helped introduce and voted for the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, which would have made it harder for our police officers to do their jobs by stripping them of their qualified immunity.

“As Michigan Democrats prioritize dangerous illegal immigrants and call to abolish law enforcement agencies, Mike Rogers has a proven track record of putting criminals behind bars and making communities safe again,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell. “Haley Stevens, Mallory McMorrow, and Abdul El-Sayed cannot be trusted to keep Michiganders safe.”

Voice Over: “Thanks to Republicans, violent crime is at all-time lows, and American communities are safer.

“But Michigan Democrats want to turn back the clock and bring back Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer’s pro-crime agenda that vilifies law enforcement, denies them crucial resources, and prioritizes dangerous illegal immigrants.

“America can’t afford another Democrat crime wave. Reject Michigan Democrats, and stop the anti-police agenda.”
