WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) released a new digital ad tonight highlighting how Susan Collins is a Senator Maine can be proud of and exposing Graham Platner for his mounting scandals and lying to Mainers.
“Today marks the beginning of the end for Graham Platner. He will be exposed, his agenda destroyed, and Mainers will reject him. No amount of DC Democrat support or left-wing billionaire backing will save him. The choice in Maine is clear and nothing will be taken for granted,” said NRSC Chairman Tim Scott.

Scandal clad Graham Platner is a serial liar who is way too radical for Maine:
- Multiple women have accused Platner of abuse, harassment, and threatening behavior.
- Platner has an active account on the “predator’s paradise,” app Kik. Platner’s profile picture, which was only deleted after reporting came out last week, featured him nearly naked and draped in a towel.
- Platner is an unhinged sexual deviant who bragged about masturbating in public restrooms and his inability to enter a portable toilet without getting aroused and “jerk[ing] off every time.”
- Platner is a serial liar who can’t keep his fabrications straight. Platner claims to have “never been close to money and power,” but reports show he’s actually an elite prep-school kid who’s been bankrolled by his family’s generational wealth.
- Platner’s claim to have used his VA benefits to pay for his house in Maine was exposed as a lie by the New York Times and Washington Free Beacon who reported his dad bought him the house.
- Platner is a racist misogynist who has written off rural white Americans as racist and stupid, blamed women for being raped, disparaged minorities, and used slurs like f*g and r*tard to belittle those he disagrees with.
- Platner is a dangerous Bernie-backed radical and a self-proclaimed communist who called for political violence as a means of achieving change and has romanticized armed resistance—which the NYT deemed “worrying.”
- Platner said that a U.S. service member shot by the Taliban, “didn’t deserve to live,” praised Hamas terrorists for killing Israeli soldiers, and has been tied to numerous Nazi controversies, including promoting known white supremacists and having a Nazi tattoo he endearingly referred to as “my Totenkopf” for years.
