WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) called on the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to investigate Fraud Dan Sullivan (D) for breaking federal law by refusing to timely file a statement of candidacy with the FEC. Fraud Sullivan expended more than $5,000 since the launch of his fraudulent campaign, and federal law requires that Fraud Sullivan file a statement of candidacy within 15 days or no later than June 12, 2026.
“Fraud Dan Sullivan’s disgusting contempt for Alaskans and complete disregard of the law is appalling. Mary Peltola and her Democrat cronies want to rig this election because they can’t beat Dan S. Sullivan on his Alaska First record,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
The NRSC previously sent separate complaints to the FEC, and a letter to Alaska’s Lieutenant Governor and Division of Elections demanding Fraud Dan Sullivan be removed from the ballot to protect the integrity of the U.S. Senate race.
Fraud Sullivan is a Democrat planted by Mary Peltola to rig Alaska’s U.S. Senate Race.
- Fraud Sullivan claimed he filed as a Republican because his dad was a “life-long Republican,” but he lied. His father pulled Democrat primary ballots in 2024 and 2006.
- Amber Lee—a Peltola “supporter” and Democrat strategist who said this year she wants Peltola to “win”—authored Fraud Sullivan’s press release announcing his sham candidacy.
- Fraud Sullivan has donated to Peltola and other radical Democrats.
- Lee’s Democrat consulting firm received thousands of dollars for “PAC Strategy Consulting” from Vote Alaska Before Party PAC, “a single-candidate super PAC in support of Mary Peltola” that has spent at least $10.4 million for Peltola.
- In 2024, Alaska Before Party PAC tried to “game Alaska’s complicated electoral system to ensure Peltola has the best odds of prevailing in November.” It didn’t work.
- Lee’s Democrat consulting firm strictly works for radical left clients, including a group that aims to “train women who are pro-choice, pro-LGBTQ rights, pro-union, anti-racist and pro-racial justice” to serve as candidates and volunteers.”
- Peltola was in Petersburg—Fraud Dan Sullivan’s hometown—just days before Fraud Sullivan announced his sham candidacy. Petersburg has a population of 3,003.
- Prominent Alaskan lawyer and Ranked Choice Voting advocate, Scott Kendal, called Fraud Sullivan’s candidacy “pathetic” and said “It represents politics at its worst-purposefully trying to confuse voters into wasting their ballot. Candidates need to wage a battle of ideas, not resort to cowardly nonsense.”
