WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) released the following statement on the Alaska Supreme Court’s decision:
“Mary Peltola is desperately rigging Alaska’s U.S. Senate race with her deceptive scheme because Peltola knows she will never beat Senator Sullivan on his Alaska First record. Peltola, her cronies, and her supporter, Fraud Sullivan, continue showing disgusting levels of contempt for Alaskans,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
Fraud Sullivan is a liberal sham candidate and serial liar who has never been affiliated with the Republican Party.
- Fraud Sullivan claimed he filed as a Republican because his dad was a “life-long Republican,” but he lied. Fraud Sullivan’s dad was never a registered Republican and voted in Democrat primaries in 2024 and 2006.
- Fraud Sullivan attempted to file as Daniel S. Sullivan which is Senator Sullivan’s name, not his.
- Fraud Sullivan has never been affiliated with the Republican Party.
- Fraud Sullivan’s website, logo, and branding are nearly identical to Dan S. Sullivan’s to further confuse voters.
Fraud Sullivan was planted by Mary Peltola and Pro-Peltola Democrats to rig Alaska’s U.S. Senate race.
- Amber Lee—a Peltola “supporter” and Democrat strategist who said this year she wants Peltola to “win”—was caught authoring Fraud Sullivan’s press release announcing his sham candidacy.
- Lee refuses to answer any questions about Fraud Sullivan’s sham candidacy and has now fled the country.
- Lee’s Democrat consulting firm strictly works for radical left clients, including a group that aims to “train women who are pro-choice, pro-LGBTQ rights, pro-union, anti-racist and pro-racial justice” to serve as candidates and volunteers.”
- Peltola was in Petersburg—Fraud Dan Sullivan’s hometown—just days before Fraud Sullivan announced his sham candidacy. Petersburg has a population of 3,003.
The Pro-Peltola Democrats behind Fraud Sullivan tried similar deceptive tactics in 2024.
- In 2024, Alaska Before Party PAC tried to “game Alaska’s complicated electoral system to ensure Peltola has the best odds of prevailing in November.” It didn’t work.
- Lee’s Democrat consulting firm received thousands of dollars for “PAC Strategy Consulting” from Vote Alaska Before Party PAC, “a single-candidate super PAC in support of Mary Peltola” that has spent at least $10.4 million for Peltola.
- Prominent Alaskan lawyer and Ranked Choice Voting advocate, Scott Kendal, called Fraud Sullivan’s candidacy “pathetic” and said “It represents politics at its worst-purposefully trying to confuse voters into wasting their ballot. Candidates need to wage a battle of ideas, not resort to cowardly nonsense.”
