Today, the Supreme Court ruled on the side of common sense, saying that men do not belong in women’s sports.

But Roy Cooper fought as Governor to put men in women’s sports and allow men in women’s bathrooms.

  • Cooper vetoed Republican legislation banning men from women’s sports and legislation barring children from receiving genital mutilation surgeries.
  • Refuses to stand by his vetoes and instead, runs away
  • Called legislation banning men from women’s bathrooms  “wrong,” “discriminatory” and “an unnecessary requirement.” Republicans passed legislation protecting women’s bathrooms, but Cooper fought back calling the legislation a “stain.”
  • Encouraged out-of-state woke CEOs to inflict economic pain on North Carolina for protecting women’s sports.
  • Refuses to say how many genders there are.

“Roy Cooper fought tooth and nail to allow men in women’s sports and bathrooms. Cooper’s radical policies are dangerous and out of step with North Carolina,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia
