New reporting reveals Fraud Dan Sullivan has over $40k in legal fees. This is well over the $5k threshold that requires a candidate to file with the FEC, as the NRSC pointed out in a letter calling for an investigation into Fraud Sullivan by the FEC.
But Fraud Sullivan is still refusing to file with the FEC, as a real candidate would do.
