But Cooper has taken at least $400,000 in campaign cash from the insurance industry.

Now, Cooper wants to repeal the largest investment in North Carolina’s rural healthcare system in history.
“Roy Cooper has been bending the knee to his big insurance donors for nearly 40 years, and North Carolinians are paying the price,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
