As rumors continue to fly that Chuck Schumer and Jon Tester are plotting to throw both Seth Bodnar and Democrat nominee Alani Bankhead off the ballot, Bodnar’s super PAC is now attacking Bankhead in a new ad.
As reported by the Washington Reporter:
A super PAC supporting candidate Seth Bodnar has launched a sharply negative new television ad targeting Democratic nominee Alani Bankhead, signaling that Montana’s Senate race is entering a more aggressive phase. The roughly 30-second spot focuses on Bankhead’s past statements and associations, and takes several comments from Bankhead out of context.

The commercial uses dramatic narration, rapid-fire graphics, and clips of Bankhead speaking to the camera before ending with a call for voters to reject her candidacy.
The latest spot also comes after criticism directed at Bodnar’s political operation over its rhetoric toward Bankhead. Democrats and some political observers have previously accused Bodnar’s team of making sexist attacks against the Democratic nominee, an allegation his campaign has disputed. The new advertisement continues the hard-hitting contrast campaign and uses multiple personal attacks.
