Michael McGregor-Graham is a criminal illegal alien from Panama convicted of second-degree kidnapping and indecent liberties with a child in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
Thanks to Roy Cooper turning North Carolina into a sanctuary state, McGregor-Graham was never turned over to ICE and allowed to commit acts of violence against North Carolinians despite his long rap sheet.

Nearly all of McGregor-Graham’s charges were dismissed by Roy Cooper’s hand-picked Democrat DA for Mecklenburg County, Spencer Merriweather. This criminal illegal wreaked havoc in the sanctuary county of Mecklenburg under Cooper’s Democrat ally, Garry McFadden who cheered on Cooper’s pro-sanctuary city policies.
Thankfully, ICE arrested McGregor-Graham and took him off the streets.
