Alaska First Wins Mary Peltola Opposes

Senator Dan Sullivan’s Alaska Opportunity Act is delivering for Alaskans. But Mary Peltola said the Alaska Opportunity Act is “damaging” Alaskans.

Here’s just 20 wins Senator Sullivan delivered through the Alaska Opportunity Act, which Peltola would have blocked: 

1. Unlocked nearly 30 million acres across Alaska including ANWR, NPR-A, and Cook Inlet.
2. Brought home $17 billion in new energy revenue.  
3. Delivered the largest Coast Guard investment in history. 
4. Homeported icebreakers to Alaska, securing good paying jobs and enhancing national security.  
5. Upgraded Alaska’s aviation safety with a historic $120 million investment. 
6. Secured $1.36 billion for Alaska’s rural healthcare and hospitals.
